<p>The present invention relates to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet includes less than 0.005 wt% of C, 1.0-3.5 wt% of Si, less than 0.2% of Al, 1.0-3.0 wt% of Mn, 0.005-0.15 wt% of P, less than 0.005% of N, 0.001-0.005 wt% of S, less than 0.005 wt% of Ti, 0.01-0.2 wt% of Sn+Sb, and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities. The Si, Al, and Mn satisfy the follow compositional formula, (0.5*[Si]+[Al])<=[Mn]<=([Si]+[Al]), wherein the [Si], [Al], and [Mn] refer to the contents (wt%) of Si, Al, and Mn, respectively.</p> |
