PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like sealant excellent in sealability, particularly electronic device sealability.SOLUTION: The sheet-like sealant contains 80.0-99.8 wt.% of an acryloyl group-containing saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A) having an MFR of 5-3000 g/10 min as measured according to JIS K6924-1, 0.1-10.0 wt.% of a radical polymerization photoinitiator (B), and 0.1-10.0 wt.% of a silane coupling agent (C) (where the total of the acryloyl group-containing saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the radical polymerization photoinitiator, and the silane coupling agent is 100 wt.%).
