PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body making a decorative layer hardly break even when forming the decorative layer from active energy ray curable ink in a half round or more.SOLUTION: A tubular body includes: a tubular raw material body 20; and a decorative layer having a colored layer 32 formed from active energy ray curable ink in a half round or more on a prescribed region on the surface of the raw material body 20. The colored layer 32 has a notch part 62 notching at least part of the colored layer 32. The notch part 62 partially divides the colored layer 32 on a position not reaching the half round of the raw material body 20.
