PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball bearing unit for a turbocharger capable of being easily assembled, and having high rotational accuracy.SOLUTION: A ball bearing unit 35 for a turbocharger includes an outer ring 36 composed of a single cylinder and having a turbine-side first raceway surface 37 and an impeller-side second raceway surface 38 near both ends, a first inner ring 39 having a third raceway surface 40 opposed to the first raceway surface, a second inner ring 43 having a forth raceway surface 44 opposed to the second raceway surface, first balls 41 rollable between the first raceway surface and the third raceway surface, second balls 45 rollable between the second raceway surface and the forth raceway surface, a first cage 42 for holding the first balls at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and a second cage 46 for holding the second balls at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. |
