The present invention relates to a briquette-type desulphurization agent for molten iron mixed with sodium carbonate and carbon and a pre-desulphurization method using the same and, more specifically, to a method for performing pre-desulphurization on molten iron before the desulphurization. The method for performing pre-desulphurization on molten iron is as follows: manufacturing a briquette-type desulphurization agent for molten iron by applying a predetermined pressure to a material in which sodium carbonate and carbon are mixed; injecting the manufactured briquette-type desulphurization agent for molten iron into a porous carbonaceous tube; and dipping the tube in molten iron.
