[Object] The present invention enables the simplification of the adjustment operation of the resonant frequency of the resonant circuit of a position indicator of an electromagnetic induction type and the automation of an adjustment process and intends the miniaturization and low cost of the position indicator. [Technical solution] A capacitor (300) configuring a resonant circuit includes a dielectric (301), electrodes (303 and 304) arranged on one side of the dielectric (301), and a trimming electrode 302M arranged on the other side of the dielectric (301) so that at least a portion of the trimming electrode faces the electrodes (303 and 304) through the dielectric 301, and forming the capacity of the capacitor. The capacitor (300) is stored in a casing so that at least a portion of the trimming electrode (303M) may be exposed from the casing. An area of at least a portion of the trimming electrode (303M) exposed from the casing varies depending on a resonant frequency needed as a resonant circuit. |
