The present invention discloses a motor-driven steering apparatus. The present invention includes: a driving motor generating rotational power; a first clunch which is connected to the driving motor and selectively deliver the rotational power from the driving motor to a worm gear; a motion conversion unit which is connected to the first clunch and selectively converts the rotational power delivered of the driving motor, delivered from the first clunch to a tilt operation or a telescopic operation; and a control unit which is selectively connected to the driving motor, the first clunch, or the motion conversion unit and controls one among the the driving motor, the first clunch, and the motion conversion unit based on an external signal. |
