The present invention relates to a display device and, more specifically, to a display device using a nitride semiconductor light emitting device. The present invention, for the display device using a semiconductor light emitting device, is to configure a unit pixel and may be configured to comprise the semiconductor light emitting device having a first light emitting area and a second light emitting area, two first electrodes connected to the first light emitting area and the second light emitting area, and a second electrode which is common to the first light emitting area and the second light emitting area; a pair of scan electrode connected to the two first electrodes of the semiconductor light emitting device per unit pixel respectively and a data electrode connected to the second electrode of the semiconductor light emitting device; and a phosphor layer disposed on the semiconductor light emitting device. |
