The present invention relates to a system and a method for diagnosing self-actualization ability of an organization which can improve self-actualization ability of an organization by allowing an organization member to access the system of the present invention through the internet and answer self-actualization diagnostic questions of the organization and diagnosing the self-actualization ability of the organization based on answer materials. A management server comprises a diagnosis guide unit to guide self-actualization ability diagnosis of an organization desired by a client through a client system; a diagnosis selection unit to select general diagnosis or detailed diagnosis of the self-actualization ability diagnosis of the organization guided by the diagnosis guide unit through the client system; a diagnostic unit to diagnose self-actualization ability of the organization for the client according to the general diagnosis or the detailed diagnosis of the self-actualization ability of the organization selected by the diagnosis selection unit; a diagnosis output unit to output diagnosis results of the diagnostic unit to the client system; and a cost processing unit to pay costs for the self-actualization ability diagnosis of the organization desired by the client. The diagnostic unit derives achievement organizational behavior positions from dominant, equal, and unrelated achievement organizational behavior elements and diagnoses fully functional organizational behavior ability of the organization member according to an achievement organizational behavior position profile and the achievement organizational behavior positions. The system and the method for diagnosing self-actualization ability of an organization as above can contribute to sustainable competitive superiority of the organization. |
