The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a cleaning tool. In particular, the manufacturing method of a cleaning tool comprises the steps of: filling a natural loofah sponge in an inner space of a mold; manufacturing a base material by mixing water, a neutralizing agent, a mordant, a foaming agent, an emulsifier, and glycerin to form a blended solution, adding devil′s-tongue jelly powder to the blended solution, and agitating the blended solution to which the devil′s-tongue jelly powder is added; molding the natural loofah sponge and the base material to form a shape in which the natural loofah sponge and the base material are tightly attached to each other; ripening the base material placed in the mold; steaming the ripened base material to form a shape of a sponge tightly attached to the natural loofah sponge; cooling the sponge tightly attached to the natural loofah sponge, formed by the steaming step; quenching the sponge attached to the natural loofah sponge, cooled in the cooling step; firstly freezing the sponge attached to the natural loofah sponge, quenched; firstly thawing the sponge attached to the natural loofah sponge, frozen by the first freezing step, to remove the water, the neutralizing agent, the mordant, the foaming agent, the emulsifier, and the glycerin contained in the sponge; secondarily freezing the sponge attached to the natural loofah sponge, processed by the first thawing step; secondarily thawing the sponge attached to the natural loofah sponge to remove the water, the neutralizing agent, the mordant, the foaming agent, the emulsifier, and the glycerin, remaining in the sponge by a leakage phenomenon; sterilizing the sponge attached to the natural loofah sponge, processed by the second thawing step, before dehydrating the sponge; and wrapping the sponge attached to the natural loofah sponge, processed by the sterilizing step, to be sealed. |
