<p>The present utility model relates to a double sided pressure pan capable of withholding air, liquid, and steam to escape below a pre-set pressure as controlled by a pressure controlling means. The excess pressure is then relieved by the pressure controlling means and thus a higher cooking temperature and pressure inside the pan is maintained. With a well-sealed pressure pan, and a controlled release of excess pressure, heat loss is minimized, less fire or energy is required, and food is cooked at less the time.</p> |
