The present invention relates to a roaster. The roaster according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a bottom plate; sidewalls which protrude from the edge of the bottom plate; an oil discharge hole which is formed at one of the sidewalls; and a lid which opens/closes the oil discharge hole. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the oil discharge hole is located between the bottom of a groove and the bottom plate. |
