<p>The device has a vibrating blade (1) with a portion integrated to a fixed support, and comprising a free end (8) displaceable under an effect of a mechanical impulse force. A piezoelectric element (10) is arranged on a side of the blade to deform under an effect of oscillations of the blade following the mechanical impulse force to generate a voltage.
