The fastening unit (1) has a dowel sleeve (4) , and a stop unit (15) designed such that a retainer (6) penetrates into a insulating material plate (2) e.g. insulating material dowel, with defined penetration depth during anchorage. The retainer is rotatable against the dowel sleeve and fixed with a spreading unit (5), and the stop unit is arranged at the retainer. The retainer is axially adjustable in relation to the spreading unit, and a control unit (22) is arranged laminar and at the extent of the retainer. An independent claim is also included for a method for fastening an insulating material plate at an underground. |
