Disclosed are a method of transmitting a power headroom report (PHR) and a terminal device for the same. According to the present invention, the method for a terminal to transmit a PHR in a network in which a base station and one or more cooperation nodes conducting cooperative communications with the base station exist, includes a step of determining sounding reference symbol (SRS) transmission power to transmit an SRS in a certain serving cell. The determined SRS transmission power is a value determined for transmission to a first node corresponding to the base station and multiple nodes among the cooperation nodes.
