Provided is a plated steel sheet for hot-press forming, a hot-press formed product, and a method for manufacturing the plated steel sheet and the hot-press formed product comprising the steps of preparing a blasting steel sheet containing 0.1-0.4 wt% of C, 0.1-4.0 wt% of Mn, 2% or less of Si (excluding 0 wt%), 0.0001-0.01 wt% of B, and remaining amount of Fe and inevitable impurities; hot-rolling the blasting steel sheet and winding the blasting steel sheet at 680-740°C; pickling and reduction-heat processing the hot-rolled steel sheet; and forming a plating layer by hot-dip plating the steel sheet. According to the present invention, a processing crack is not generated after a hot-press process, productivity can be improved by promoting inter-diffusion of blasting steel and the plating layer in heat treatment, and production costs can be reduced by omitting a cold rolling process. |
