The present invention relates to a smart control system and a smart control method for optimal lighting conditions of a chicken farm and, more particularly, to a smart control system and a smart control method for optimal lighting conditions of a chicken farm which can control an LED lamp in a chicken farm using a computer or a smartphone that is a control input means, by installing the LED lamp and a monitoring camera in the chicken farm, providing a management server to input information about the LED lamp and the monitoring camera, and further providing the management server and the control input means. The smart control system comprises an integrated information management server which is electrically connected to a lighting lamp operating device and a monitoring camera to integrally control the lighting lamp operating device and the monitoring camera, stores a time table in advance for on/off operations and output of a predetermined level of illuminance of an LED lighting lamp, outputs the stored content to the lighting lamp operating device to turn on/off the LED lamp at every predetermined time or to emit LED light with a predetermined illuminance, outputs an operation of a sprinkler for fire suppression when it is determined that a fire has occurred in a chicken farm, as a result of photographing of the monitoring camera, and transmits a control signal to the lighting lamp operating device to operate the LED lamp with a previously input illuminance when it is determined that the LED lamp is malfunctioned, as a result of checking the illuminance of the LED lamp.
