Disclosed are a page loading system and a method thereof, capable of loading a specific page without searching all of corresponding digital document in a digital document configured in a page tree type like a PDF document. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the page loading method for loading a target page in a preset digital document expressed in the page tree type, where each leaf node included in the page tree corresponds to an individual page forming the digital document, comprising the steps. (a) The page loading system obtains page tree type information which is information on the page tree type of the digital document. (b) The page loading system searches from a root node of the page tree to a target leaf node corresponding to the target page along the shortest path using the page tree type information. (c) The page loading system loads the target page based on the information included in the target leaf node. |
