The present invention relates to the structure of hollow fiber membrane bundle arrangement in a hollow fiber membrane module wherein a plurality of hollow fiber membrane bundles are housed in a cylindrical housing. The hollow fiber membrane bundles are divided into division spaces that are divided by spacers installed at both ends of the cylindrical housing. Throughput per unit module can be increased by increasing the density of the hollow fiber membrane as the spacer at one end is fixed and the spacer at the other end is rotated by a certain angle to arrange the hollow fiber membrane bundles spirally in the cylindrical housing.
