In the present invention, disclosed is a method and a device to recover deleted data in an SQLite database. According to the present invention, as a method to recover deleted data in an SQLite database, provided is a method to recover deleted data in an SQLite database including (a) a step of obtaining a data page of the database; (b) a step of searching the obtained data page for a non-allocation block including the deleted data; (c) a step of estimating the length of a variable length area of the non-allocation block; (d) a step of calculating the length of a first cell corresponding to the variable length area based on the estimated length of the variable length area; (e) a step of determining whether the length of the first cell is matched with the length of the non-allocation block; and (f) a step of recovering data included in the non-allocation block when the length of the first cell is matched with the length of the non-allocation block.
