The present invention relates to a novel salad dressing to which mulberries are added and a manufacturing method thereof. In particular, the salad dressing contains a mulberry juice and a lemon wine vinegar. Therefore, the greasy taste of the salad dressing is reduced and the fresh taste and color of the salad dressing are enhanced. |
