The present invention relates to an apparatus for biologically converting carbon dioxide in exhaust gas into methane and, more specifically, to an apparatus for biologically converting carbon dioxide in exhaust gas into methane which reduces oxygen in exhaust gas by installing a tool for physically removing oxygen, and secondarily produces methane by making exhaust gas with reduced oxygen to react with hydrogen, thereby carbon dioxide included in exhaust gas can be biologically converted into methane.
