The present invention relates to a caterpillar-type massage chair having a massage unit including a caterpillar with massage balls on a caterpillar belt, wherein the massage balls massage the perineal region of a user while the massage unit is contained in the seat of the massage chair. To achieve the purpose, the caterpillar-type massage chair according to the present invention comprises the following: a caterpillar unit consisting of a caterpillar belt and a pulley for rotating the caterpillar belt and having multiple massage balls on the caterpillar belt; a driving unit consisting of a driving motor, a worm gear formed on the rotational axis of the driving motor and a worm wheel combined with the worm gear, and having the rotational axis of the worm wheel inserted and fixed into the pulley; a case unit consisting of a main body of the case for mounting the caterpillar unit and the driving unit, and axis-fixing parts formed at both the front and rear sides of the main body of the case, the axis-fixing parts supporting both ends of the rotational axis; and an angle-adjusting unit supported by a bearing on a frame and lifting and lowering the case unit.
