摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a concentration measurement of an ion, an atom, or a molecule combined as a coordination in a method for measuring concentration and a dialysis device that measures concentration of an ion, an atom, or a molecule combined as a coordination. SOLUTION: This method for measuring concentration has a process that prevents an ion, an atom, or a molecule from coordinating when at least measuring concentration by means of adding or collecting an agent. A dialysis device has a hemodialyzer and/or a hemofilter, a blood circulating system outside a body, and a dialysate system. The blood circulating system outside the body connects to a citrate adding means that adds a citrate in the blood at an upper stream of the hemodialyzer and/or a hemofilter and connects to a replacement liquid adding means that adds the replacement liquid containing the ion in the blood at a lower stream of the hemodialyzer and/or the hemofilter. The dialysate system has a detecting means that detects the concentration of the ion in the dialysate at the lower stream of the hemodialyzer and/or the hemofilter.</p>
