The present invention relates to a water purifying device composed of a first, a second, and a third purifying unit, a sterilizer, and a drain storage tank. The water purifying device comprises: a frame which is buried under the ground and wherein a guide unit is slantly placed between guide plates; a generation member which protrudes upward from the guide unit in the frame, whose central shaft unit is installed in a piston that is inserted into the guide unit in order to rotate on the piston and elevate along with the piston at the same time; a first series generator which is connected with the shaft unit of the generation member that is rotated by wheels of a vehicle; a self-powered fan where an impeller is rotated by compressed air supplied from an air outlet bored on the guide unit in the frame; an amplifier which is formed into a gear box in order to amplify rotational force by being connected with the self-powered fan; a second series generator which is connected with the amplifier; and a battery which stores electricity by being connected with the first series generator and the second series generator, and supplies the electricity to a back wash pump, a second back wash pump, and a blast fan in the water purifying device. |
