摘要 The present invention relates to a cooling device of a crayon injection molding apparatus, with an injection pipe shaped corresponding to a crayon, into which liquefied raw materials of the crayon are inserted in the circumferential direction. The cooling device comprises: a head installed at the outside of the injection molding apparatus and connected to a water input pipe; an external pipe protruding from the head and inserted into the injection molding apparatus via bearings to discharge cooling water into the injection molding apparatus through a side adjacent to the head; an internal pipe spaced and protruding from the external pipe to discharge the cooling water into the injection molding apparatus through a side opposite to the head; and a draining pipe installed at one side of the injection molding apparatus for draining the cooling water. The present invention discharges and supplies the cooling water into each of an upper and a lower part of the injection molding apparatus and swiftly diffuses the cooling water to an inner circumference side of the injection molding apparatus, thereby, regularly exchanging heat at the injection pipe into which the liquefied raw materials are supplied to reduce the temperature deviation of the injection pipe and accordingly minimizing defect rate of the crayon.
