The present invention relates to a device for cutting potatoes for snack, capable of cutting potatoes not to be over a constant size in a device of sorting the potatoes for snack while transferring the potatoes for snack on a plane. The device comprises: a frame (7); transfer roll assemblies (9) installed in the upper part of the frame (7) to transfer the potatoes (P) placed on the top surface in a specific direction; a cutting shaft (13) installed between the transfer roll assemblies (9) at a right angle to the transfer direction of the potatoes (P); multiple circular cutting blades (15) fixed in the longitudinal direction of the cutting shaft (13) at regular intervals; and a cutting shaft driving part (17) for driving the cutting shaft (13). |
