In the present invention, disclosed are an improved multi-head, a manufacturing method thereof, a spray type pattern forming apparatus, and a manufacturing method thereof. The multi-head according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a nozzle plate which includes a plurality of nozzle receiving holes; a plurality of inlets which are formed on the nozzle plate, are connected to the nozzle receiving holes, and receive ink; and a plurality of nozzles which are mounted on the nozzle receiving holes, are connected to the inlets, and include discharge ports to discharge the ink. The nozzles are mounted on the nozzle receiving holes in the state of being aligned. |
