A hydraulic cylinder testing device is disclosed. The hydraulic cylinder testing device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main frame which has an auxiliary frame, in which a hydraulic cylinder for a differentiator including an accumulator is detachably installed, and is movably designed; an oil supply unit which is disposed on the lower part of the main frame, and supplies hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder fixed to the auxiliary frame or collects the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic cylinder; a gas supply unit which is disposed on the side of the main frame, and supplies accumulator gas to the accumulator; and a measurement unit which measures internal pressure of the hydraulic cylinder and pressure of the accumulator, and determines the operating status of the hydraulic cylinder.
