The system (400) has a calculation unit (470) to calculate estimation of distance between a transmission or reception device and a reflector (300) from transmitted and received waves. The reflector has a reception antenna (411) switched by a switch around a transmission antenna. The unit calculates respective distances between the device and each antenna by deducing an angle of sight under which an emission/reflection device focuses the reflector. The unit determines a distance correction value from the angle and corrects estimation by using the value to provide a corrected distance value.
