The recuperator has a 3-way valve (1) comprising an inlet connection that is connected directly to a sink siphon. The inlet connection is coaxially fixed to a hole formed on a body of the valve by screws. The valve is remotely controlled by a pull knob, and a flexible pipe (3) connects a filter (19) to a container (4). An electric pump (5) is placed in the container with a plunger tube (2), where the valve has a cylindrical bush. The body is made from light alloy or plastic, and the pull knob comprises a button (28) and a steel wire rope.
