The present invention relates to a cylinder sealing structure for an air compressor which can be used for various purposes such as medical or painting purposes. The cylinder sealing structure lets the incoming air pass through to cool a connecting rod and a piston and a cylinder on the upper side of the connecting rod and prevent the air compressor from being damaged by fine rigid particles in the air even when supplying unfiltered air, and also provides efficient heat emission performance. For this purpose, the present invention includes an extension unit containing the cylinder, a cam, and the connection rod; an O-ring installed around the cylinder and the extension unit; a sealing cover in contact with the O-ring to enclose the cylinder and the extension unit; and an uneven unit formed on the sealing cover for effective heat emission. |
