PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid for a cooking container which can successfully prevent the occurrence of fogging and droplets in a visual confirmation window composed of a transparent member, with simple structure and without rewiring special operation and moreover enables a cooking object within a cooking space to be successfully visually confirmed via the visual confirmation window even when the fogging and droplets occur, and to provide a cooking utensil with the lid for the cooking container.SOLUTION: A lid 5 for a cooking container includes a grip 5B on an upper surface side of a lid body 5A. With the use of the grip 5B, an upper opening 4c of a cooking container 4 inside which a cooking space S is formed can be opened/closed. In the lid body 5A, a convex bulging part 5b bulging toward one point on the lower side from the lid body 5A is formed. The whole or a part of the convex bulging part 5b is composed of a transparent member C. In a closed posture closing an upper opening 4c on the lower surface side of the lid body 5A, a region composed of the transparent member C of the convex bulging part 5b is configured to be a visual confirmation window W for visually confirming the inside of the cooking space S. |
