METHOD FOR PREPARING LINEZOLID CRYSTALLINE FORM I

Disclosed is a method for preparing linezolid crystalline form I. Specifically, the preparation method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (1) mixing linezolid crude product with a first solvent, filtering, and collecting the filtrate; (2) adding a second solvent to the filtrate of step (1), and depositing a crystal; and (3) isolating the deposited crystal to obtain linezolid crystalline form I. The method has simple process, and is propitious to scale production. The prepared linezolid crystalline form I has advantages such as high purity, good stability, excellent flowability, low static electricity, good solubility and so on.
