摘要 A flexible substrate, comprising: a polymer substrate (201) and a plurality of water-oxygen barrier layers (202, 204, 206, 208, 210) arranged on the polymer substrate (201). Planarization layers (203, 205, 207, 209) are respectively arranged between adjacent water-oxygen barrier layers (202, 204, 206, 208, 210). Each planarization layer (203, 205, 207, 209) comprises a plurality of planarization units (203, 205, 207, 209) which separate from each other in both the first direction and the second direction, projections of the planarization units (203, 205, 207, 209) in the planarization layers on the substrate (201) cover a gap between the projections of the planarization units (203, 205, 207, 209) in adjacent planarization layers on the substrate (201), and projection areas partially overlap. Therefore, adjacent planarization layers (203, 205, 207, 209) can mutually cover the position of the gap between the planarization units to stop the transverse penetration of water and oxygen, and guarantee that the flexible substrate can be trimmed into any size in a size range larger than the planarization units, so as to achieve the large-scale production of flexible substrates, simplify process steps, and reduce production costs.
