<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a production schedule minimized in delivery date shifting according to FCFS within practical calculation time.SOLUTION: A mathematical plan model capable of obtaining a production schedule for scheduling target work in a production system which handles works by lot units. The mathematical plan model meets the requirement that the first step start time of a lot, the start time of work, and end time are set as variables, and the variables are set according to FCFS. Then, backward simulation of target work is executed to obtain the first step start time of each lot where a delivery date shifting amount may somewhat reduced. Then, by using the obtained first step start time of each lot, forward simulation of the target work is executed, and a lot to recalculate the first step start time is selected from the result. A mathematical plan model where the first step start time of a lot other than the selected lot is set as a constant is solved by a mathematical planning method, and the first step start time of a lot for recalculation is obtained.</p> |
