PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag suitable for application of transportation of live fish in the sealed state together with water, air or oxygen in a bag made of a synthetic resin film; and to provide a structure, a production method and a using method of a bag which is, especially producible inexpensively in large quantities, strong and easily handleable.SOLUTION: A film 1a and a film 1b on an upper side part of a bag are opened by hands, and water and live fish are put therefrom into the bag. The bag is filled with water not fully but half or less. Then, a release paper is peeled off from a double-sided adhesive tape 2 adhering onto the film 1b, and each upper side part of the film 1a and the film 1b is allowed to adhere to each other with the double-sided adhesive tape 2 so as to be sealed. Thereafter, an air supply pipe connected to a pump is inserted into a vent hole 5 of the bag, and air or oxygen is supplied into the bag to expand the bag, and then the air supply pipe is pulled out. |
