<p>The present invention comprises: a rotor core having a shaft insertion hole which is formed to be penetrated; permanent magnet pieces which are respectively inserted into permanent magnet insertion holes which are formed inwards between the outer circumference of the rotor core and the shaft insertion hole and are symmetrical in the vertical and horizontal direction; and a leakage flux prevention pieces which are inserted into leakage flux prevention holes formed between each permanent magnet piece and the shaft insertion hole. Accordingly, the present invention increases torque density by preventing magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnet pieces from leaking inside and outside using the leakage flux prevention pieces and the leakage flux prevention holes so as to improve motor efficiency and prevents the generation of cracks due to centrifugal force and stress, thereby preventing a permanent magnet from being detached or shattered.</p> |
