Provided are a probe for optical measurement capable of reliably preventing, with a simple configuration, an optical window from falling off a body, and an optical measuring device comprising the same. An optical window (2) accommodated in an optical window accommodating section (311) is prevented from falling off by a falling-off prevention portion (322) made by forming the peripheral edge of an opening (321) of a body (3) so as to project toward the center (axis line A side). That is to say, even when the optical window (2) accommodated in the optical window accommodating section (311) is about to fall off, the optical window (2) does not fall off the body (3) because the optical window (2) catches on the falling-off prevention section (322) that projects toward the center of the opening (321). Therefore, the optical window (2) can be reliably prevented, with a simple configuration, from falling off of the body (3).
