The present invention is provided with: at least two cameras (7, 8) which are disposed on a plane vertical to a central axis (CA) of irradiation of a particle beam (4) in a water phantom (3) so as to image light emission from a liquid (5) that includes fluorescence substances in the water phantom; and a dose distribution computation evaluation device (10). The dose distribution computation evaluation device (10) comprises: a spot position calculation unit (12) which calculates a spot position which is the irradiation position of the particle beam when the particle beam is stopped from camera image data imaged by the cameras; and a dose addition unit (13) which calculates irradiation dose distribution at the spot position calculated by the spot position calculation unit (12) using PDD and OCR data stored in a pencil beam dose distribution data storage unit (16) and adds the irradiation dose distribution for each spot position.
