The object of the invention is a foam-generating mixture for the forming of thermal insulation foam, which consists of a first component (A), a second component (B) and a third component (C), wherein the volume ratio of the first component is at most 3 volume parts, the volume ratio of the second component is at most 3 volume parts, and the volume ratio of the third component is at most 4 volume parts, and an equipment and method for the preparation and dispensing the foam-generating liquid mixture.
