A plastic-seededmotor, comprising: a rotating shaft (1), a rotor assembly (2), a plastic-seededstator (3), a front-end cover (4) and a rear-end cover (5). The rotating shaft (1) and the rotor assembly (2) are mounted and connected together. The plastic-seededstator (3) surrounds the rotor assembly (2). The front-end cover (4) is injection-molded on an injection molding end plate (6) at the bottom of the plastic-seededstator (3), and the injection molding end plate (6) is cladded outside the front-end cover (4); the rear-end cover (5) is mounted at the other end of the plastic-seededstator (3); and both ends of the rotating shaft (1) are respectively supported on a bearing (41) of the front-end cover (4) and a bearing (51) of the rear-end cover (5). The plastic-seededmotor also comprises a conducting strip (7), with one end of the conducting strip (7) being electrically connected to the front-end cover (4), and the other end of the conducting strip (7) being supported on the end surface of the plastic-seededstator (3) and being compressed by the rear-end cover (5) to form an electrical connection, thereby solving the problem of electrocorrosion of bearings. The plastic-seededmotor has the characteristics of simple structure, firm connection and good reliability. |
