The system has a vertical drive (34) for driving a motor-driven endless chain (5). A carriage (11) is provided in an aluminum extruded section, where the aluminum extruded section is provided with a velocity-dependant sliding catcher. The aluminum extruded section supports two arms (1, 2). A gear motor is provided at lower- or upper ends of a column and flanged on by a gear box, where the gear motor drives gear wheels (4).
