<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a micropump capable of preventing degradation in a tube and having high discharge accuracy.SOLUTION: A micropump 10 includes: a tube unit 11 including a tube 50 a part of which is disposed into a circular arc shape and has elasticity, fingers 40 to 46 arranged radially, a first tube guide frame 17 and a second tube guide frame 18 for holding the tube 50 and the plurality of fingers 40 to 46; a control unit 12 including a cam 20 sequentially pressing the fingers 40 to 46, a drive unit applying a rotational force to the cam 20, a control circuit unit 30 controlling driving of the drive unit, and a first machine frame 15 and a second machine frame 16 for holding the cam 20, the drive unit, and the control circuit unit 30; a reservoir 14 communicating with an inflow port 52 of the tube 50; and a battery 120 supplying electric power to the control circuit unit 30. The tube unit 11 is attachable/detachable to/from the control unit 12 generally horizontally to a rotational surface of the cam.</p> |
