PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield member capable of being retrofitted to an electric wire, and to provide a wire harness equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A wire harness 100 includes: an electric wire 1; a metal fabric 2 that is a fabric of metallic yarn 25; and a coupling part 3 of synthetic resin. The coupling part 3 of synthetic resin is a member that couples edge parts of the metal fabric 2 in a state of having flexibility, and holds the metal fabric 2 in a cylindrical form that surrounds a perimeter of the electric wire 1.
