PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a heating cooker capable of convection cooking which can improve operability when putting in/taking out an object to be heated.SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises: a cooking chamber 20 which has a front surface opening 20a for putting in/taking out an object to be heated, in which the front surface opening 20a is covered by a door 21 and which has a suction port 27 and a blowing port 26 at a position lower than the suction port; a receiving tray 23 which is accommodated attachably/detachably inside the cooking chamber 20 and interlocked with the door 21 and which receives oil and juice dripping from the object to be cooked; heating means 22 which heats the inside of the cooking chamber 20 from above; and a fan 43 which sucks heated air of the cooking chamber 20 from the suction port 27 and blows it out into the cooking chamber 20 from the blowing port 26. On the left and right side walls 202 of the cooking chamber 20, left and right rails 14 are provided for drawing out the receiving tray 23 together with the door 21 by guiding the door 21, and on a rear wall 203 of the cooking chamber 20, the blowing port 26 is arranged at a position between the left and right rails 14 seen from the front surface. |
