<p>A brush lubrication mechanism for tire test comprises: a brush (1), for coating lubricant at the bead portion of a tire to be tested; a mounting rack (2), for carrying the brush (1) and provided on a connection plate (3); a lifting device (4), for driving the connection plate (3); and a water storage barrel (10) connected to a lubricant circulating system, a nozzle (11) being provided at the upper portion of the barrel wall of the water storage barrel (10) and opposite the brush (1). In the initial station, the brush (1) is completely placed in the inner cavity of the water storage barrel (10); the lubricant circulating system has a connection pipeline (12) for enabling the nozzle (11) to communicate with the bottom of the water storage barrel (10), and a gas pump (13) and a liquid storage box (14) are provided on the connection pipeline (12). The brush lubrication mechanism for tire test uses an enclosed spray-type brush lubricator and lubricant circulating system, so as to spray the lubricant to the surface of the brush (1) in a specific container space, thereby avoiding rusting and corrosion caused by spattering of the residual lubricant to other metal connection and support parts, and improving sanitation and hygiene of the testing site.</p> |
