PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed which has a head board having a storage space and a lid so that articles can be placed on the storage space and hardly causes cords that may be located inside and outside the storage space to get caught by the lid in the use form.SOLUTION: A bed has a head board including a head board body part for partitioning a storage space S with a part opened for putting in and out articles on a part of an upper surface and a lid plate 27 disposed with a clearance provided at both end parts in a width direction. The lid plate 27 engages a front side plate 21 and a rear side plate 22 on the inside of both end parts in such a manner to restrict movements of the lid plate 27. The lid plate, the front side plate, and the rear side plate have regulating parts 271a-d, 211a, b, and 221c, d which make each of both end parts of the lid plate 27 rotatable in a direction to move downward by using an outermost side as a fulcrum. The front side plate and the rear side plate have rotation regulating parts 214a, b and 224c, d which are provided respectively on the outside of the regulating parts and make contact with the lid plate when the lid plate 27 is slightly rotated in a downward direction for regulating the further rotations. |
