PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of stably maintaining cleaning performance irrespective of an environment in which the cleaning device is used.SOLUTION: A toner T remaining on a photoreceptor drum 110 that is scraped off with a blade 181 is held back on a flexible sheet 184. The flexible sheet 184 includes, at a leading end part, a slit 187 that is fit into a spiral blade 186b when the flexible sheet 184 is deflected and deformed to an auger 186 side due to the held-back toner T. The flexible sheet 184 further includes, in the vicinity of a support member 183, an opening 188 that discharges an excess of the held-back toner T into a toner storage box 182. A discharge effect of the held-back toner T is improved thanks to a synergetic effect between the slit 187 and the opening 188. |
