PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce irregularity when dots are formed sparsely while suppressing that a dot pattern is visually recognized.SOLUTION: A printing device 100 includes a CPU 50. The CPU 50 executes a dot data generation module M2. When a gradation value expressed by image data is equal to or less than a predetermined value, the CPU 50 generates dot data in which dots are arranged so as to be distributed regularly, by using a dither mask 71 in which a threshold value is set for each printing pixel, by comparing the gradation value of each pixel constituting an original image and the threshold value for each printing pixel set in the dither mask. When the gradation value expressed by the image data is greater than the predetermined value, the CPU 50 generates the dot data so that a regularity level of dots arranged so as to be distributed becomes smaller with the increase of the gradation value. |
